"I'm twenty one, you're seventeen, we're not twins..." Nathaniel glanced at Nyoka, "I assume there was a reason behind you giving up your soul to have me, what did you want me to do?"

"You always use that excuse. Demon's stop aging after a while, you know."

Nyoka

"She's right. I met a demon- His name was something like Sam... Oh, yeah it was Seth!- who was over 1,000 but still looked 18. As for your question-" Nyoka shrugged. "I can't say just yet."

"So we just stand in this alleyway until you can say what you want me to do?" Nathaniel asked with a frown.

Nyoka

"Nah, you can do whatever until I ask you to do something. Have a reunion with your sister or whatever if you'd like."

[Placebo Effect]

"Creepily enough, you can shout my name wherever you are and I'll hear you now you're my contractee." Nathaniel gently grabbed his sister's shoulders and steered her away so they could catch up.

Nyoka

"That's a little wacky, but ok. Have fun." Nyoka walked off to get more ammo for his gun.

Taika

"So what have you been up to?" Taika asked her brother happily, taking out he cards and shuffling them, a habit of hers.

"I've been trawling alleyways and looking for interesting things..." Nathaniel shrugged and messed up Taika's hair, "You?"

Taika

"Other than looking for a contractor? Well, I helped out a few policemen, saved a whole bunch of sea creatures, etc, etc. The typical stuff I did as a little kid. Oh, and I got this." Taika pulled down the collar of her dress so her brother could see the deep scar stretching across her windpipe.

Nathaniel gently touched the scar and frowned at her, "Who hurt you like that? I will behead them after making them feel so much pain that they beg to die."
