How about a category for an artist's hoard? like, all pets made by Soulwings, Solloby, Chia, etc.

No, sorry. That would be too difficult to check by the average player.

Anyone can click on the links to the hoards and call someone out if they tried to "stuff" a horse hoard with dogs on the 15th page or something for example.

In order to check a hoard of artists like that, someone would have to reference every single pet in the hoard by finding it's place in the archive or have every single one of them memorized and that's just not practical for checking and counting.
