Cherrykit, sick of badger stench and fear, drew herself up and leaped on the badger's back. She wasn't thinking at all, she just didn't want it to hurt her dad.

Nutkit grabs Cherrykit's scruff, pulling her back. He hides her in the corner, standing over her protectively.

Brokenstar snarls, giving a final slash to its throat before it lumbers away with a massive sound.

Cherrykit squirmed. "I want to fight!" she meowed hotly, trying to get around Nutkit.

"No! I can't risk losing you." He hisses, pushing her back lightly.

Cherrykit snarled. "They hurt Mom and now they're gonna hurt Dad! Let me go fight!" she hissed, her eyes looking right past him at the badger, her little claws sliding out.

"No!" He snarls with such might, he sounds like all of Lionclan yowling in unison.
