Perhaps, but not for quite some time yet in my opinion. When I first joined, those ones were everywhere...and I still see a decent amount of them to this day.

Personally, I doubt it. That entire litter seems pretty easy to find.

This has been rare for...just a bit over a year? I remember when it turned rare, it really wasn't that terrible long ago. So no way.
