Frostgaze smiled, she nodded and then bent down and began to eat. You heard the satisfying crunch of its bones as she ate.

Frostgaze watched him leave, she finished the mouse and then swiped her tongue over her maw. She sighed, then got to her paws and stretched and arched her back. She peeked her head out of the nursery and waited till Cloudstorm left to leave the nursery.

Once cloudstorm left Lilypool burst in " let me take a look at you"

Frostgaze jolted in surprise, she wasn't expecting Lillypool to run up to her. The she-cat flattened her fur and then lashed her tail in annoyance. Fox dung! Almost there... she thought before lying down and allowing the she-cat to examine her.
