Flamestar looked down at Fangfeather. "I've been expecting it for a while. You're older than me, I think now is a good time to let Eaglegaze take over." The ginger leader smiled wryly. "Now you'll have as many apprentices as you want to boss around."

Flamestar sat below the tallrock, yawning in the warm sun. He was looking around camp lazily.

Flamestar smiled and mewed, "Hi, Ivyflower. How are you?" He purred.

The she-cat sat down, tail still tightly curled around her paws.

Fangfeather chuckled and nodded to Flamestar and mewed " That will be a relief, Can you make the announcement whenever you see him? Thanks" he nodded at ivyflower and limped away, his bones aching and he traveled to the medicine den to say his goodbyes to all his herbs (X3)

Amberthorn approached Flamestar and ivyflower tilting her head "Could you two scout the border where the fox attacked? Unless you wouldn't feel comfortable going back " she added in quickly, glancing at Ivyflower's ear

Shadowstalker nodded slowly, as if hesitating for a few heartbeats, but the speed gradually quickened. "Sure, I could use some company," he agreed. He pricked his ears forward, his amber gaze lingering on Doveflight for a few inaudible moments before his eyes flicked away. "So, how's hunting going with you?" He asked, trying to make casual small talk as he opened his jaw to drink in the air for scents of prey or intruders.
