So I have this rat, which is in the 5th Tier of the Main List, and was wondering exactly what would be a fair trade for it in terms of list buns. XD

I made two screenshots of the trade I want to send (It wouldn't all fit in one) and where each bun falls on the list.

Is this unfair (and if so to whom?) and if so, by how much? What could be added/removed to make it fair?
