It was moonhigh, and the moon was glowing ever so brightly. The ground was bathed in moonlight, and no cloud was drifting in the sky. Lionfeather had been watching the stars twinkle when she was pushed over and slashed to death. Sunstrike, who had heard a yowl emerged from the warriors den out of curiosity. She yowled in greif, and flung herself up to a high place, and jumped down, smashing her body.

Blossompetal heard a scream and ran outside, she screamed as she saw Sunstrike and Lionfeather dead.

Foxblaze, hearing the noise, sniffed the air. The overwhelming scent of blood and death nearly knocked her over. She yowled in shock.

Flarestripe jumped up as the strong stench of blood hit his scent glands. Interested her went investigate, but froze in fear and shock at the sight.

Foxblaze launched herself out of her den and found herself at the two cats bodies. Her body trembled with overwhelming shock.

Symphonyspike's hums almost caught in her throat as the terrifying death scent filled her den. She rose from her nest and ran out of her den, moss tendrils covering her fur.
