She looked at him. "We go see Mommy?"

"Yeah, we can go see her." Lucas said, walking to the house. He then, took Trinity upstairs to see Maria.

Maria was asleep. She looked worse than yesterday. Her fever got really high, and she was drenched in sweat.

Lucas sat Trinity down. "Maria, I thought you said you were feeling better." He said, panicking. He went to grab his inhaler, but it wasn't in his pocket. "Trinity, go get daddy's inhaler, and get Uncle Myles!" He said.

Trinity ran off, and then came back a few seconds later, Myles right behind.

Maria looked at him. "I was," she murmured.

Lucas took his inhaler from Trinity, and used it. "Myles, I need you to go get the car, and tell your mom what's going on." He said, picking up Maria. "I shouldn't have gone out with Trinity to the treehouse. I should have stayed with you."

Myles went to his parents house, and woke Mya. "Mom, Maria's sick. It's bad. She's pale and covered in sweat, and she's burning up," he said. Mya got up, and followed him. They got the car, and drove to Anna's quickly.

Maria sighed. "It's okay," she said.

Mason heard all the commotion, and only heard Maria's name before shooting out of bed. "What the h*** is wrong with Maria?" He asked, yelling.

Lucas held her to him, rubbing her arm.

Mya explained everything to him. "We gotta go," she said.

Maria closed her eyes, falling asleep again.

Mason ran out with them.

Lucas tried to keep her awake.
