I was thinking we could start with each character sending their exchange partner an email the night before they are due to depart, so that we can just see where the relationship stands at the moment and make sure everyone has a chance to show that they're still around and interested for the roleplay? Does this sound ok, or would you prefer to get straight into the action, say, they've just arrived at the school or whathaveyou?))
