Hike mountains, run through meadows, explore forests, swim the sea, climb trees, breathe the wild air, gaze at the stars, enjoy the natural world.

I'm going to counties for the 2mile and I MIGHT be going to Districts. Not sure yet... But I have my knee pain (runners knee) and I've been going to physical therapy the mornings before my meets, and get electric stim, h-wave, whatever you wish to call it. Anyway, I PRed in my 2mile by 40secs the first time I had it. Then last Friday I PRed by 11secs down to 11.51.7! Second place(:
But I'm almost with you zealot... Almost. I need to finish off 1 or 2 more weeks of track, then I get a month off for my injury... How much is your coach allowing you to take off for recovery?

Hey guys!

I've been doing great at my meets ever since I asked you guys for advice. My best distance in Discus is 53 feet, my faster time in the 200 meter dash is 32 seconds, and my 4x200 relay finished in 2:06. We're going to the conference meet and, I've been invited to be on our schools dream team!!! So exciting!
