Merle stomped through the forest, clutching his trusty crossbow. He sighed feverishly, feeling the after effects of losing a battle. He put a straight face on, then continued, checking the woods thoroughly for any signs of wandering shifters.

Riley runs through the woods in human form, leaping over rocks and logs. Dirt was smeared over her face from a previous fall and sweat beaded down her forehead. Riley ducks behind a large pine tree to catch her breath.

I hung upside down from the tree in my human form. I liked it this way...well, first of all, because my hair wasn't in face. I heard footsteps, but felt rather relaxed and didn't move, unlike my normal tense "fly away if there is noise" self. If someone approached, I'd always have to get away, right? And besides, I looked almost like a normal person...

Codi got rolled over, her hair falling awya from her face. She was still half human, so she had a tail, ears, and fangs. She also had yellow eyes. She sighed in her sleep. "No father.. you cant join them.." she murmered. "Dont join them.. dont elt them take me away.. Father.. Father.." she continued talking. "No.. dont shoot... Dont do it!!" she said then in her dream qriggled away. "Im enver coming back you monsters!" she muttered. She ran off, being only a baby, at the age of 4.
