i probably sound like a newbie right now, but how do you change the color of the lineart? i've seen it multiple times, like here;
c:
the lineart color is black, but here the lineart is changed to the gray color. i just want to learn to do that c:

It's just the same as Lock Alpha'ing the colour. Just select the layer that may be labelled 'lines' and lock alpha. It works just the same as colour!
