Here you will find canine like creatures with bright coloured feather and a party attitude!
These canines are friendly, bubble creatures who like nothing more but to have fun!

~Do not complain/whine if you don't get the design you want.
~Do not ask to be an artist, I will do a competition.
~Do not spam.
~Don't be mean to the artists.
~Do not sell/gift the design you get from here (if you no longer want you carnival canine then pm me and I will put it back up for adoption.
~Do not steal any design, or claim a design yours if it isn't.

On each page will be a form with different criteria that must be filled out to adopt. Then the artists will decide who the winner is!
