Awaking with a start her sharp ears caught a voice speaking overhead and she sat up. Shaking her head she rubbed her eyes and looked around, the buzzing of the overhead hurting her ears as the woman spoke. Reaching up to her antlers she brushed her matted hair off of them and ran her fingers through the rest of it. Feeling her antlers again she grew alarmed to find that her ribbon was gone. Standing, she paused. The feeling of hardwood under her feet was uncomfortable and unnatural to her. Her heart raced and she shook it out of herself, telling herself that she needs to calm down. The buzzing stopped and she relaxed a little bit; relieved that the buzzing noise was gone. Carefully and quietly she snuck around the room, picking up little trinkets and strings or ribbons as she went through every little crevice in the room. Smiling at herself now she moved to one of the doors and opened it to find a restroom. Isn't this a neat little room she thought to herself, already more comfortable in the room besides the floors. She walked in and looked into the little nook that she would learn is called a shower. She poked at the knobs and water sprayed out at her. Startled she jumped out of the shower and sat against the sink for a moment before she decided it wasn't going to kill her. Sticking her hand under the cool water she let out a squeak of excitement. Its a waterfall! she thought and began to strip, stepping in she ran her hair under the cold water and brushed her fingers through it, the knots releasing themselves and her hair smoothing into a silk like feel. She turned the knobs on the shower again and found that she could turn it off as well. Smiling to herself she stepped out and shook her tail, sending the water that had soaked into it across the floor. Giggling she reached down for her clothes and walked back out of the bathroom, undressed. Setting her clothes on the nest she had woken up in she walked back to the restroom and picked up a soft fluffy material. Running it across her body she found that it absorbed water pretty well. Now dry minus her hair, she walked back out and opened the wardrobe that stood against the wall. Seeing few clothes in there she huffed and put her old clothes back on. Walking back into the restroom she pulled the trinkets out of her pockets and set them on the counter. How curious! There's a puddle on the wall... she spoke and gently touched the glass, bewildered that it didn't ripple. Shrugging she strung a piece of string through the hole in the top of what looked like a family crest and tied it to one of her antlers, letting it hang an inch or so from the point it was tied to. Picking up the red ribbon she tied that and it hung down through her hair. Doing the same with the three or four other trinkets she smiled at herself in the puddle. Her curiosity got the best of her and she walked out and to the other door. Poking her head through she looked both ways and stepped out. Not seeing or hearing anyone she turned to her left and walked away, leaving her door open.
A spirit like doe follows her silently, seeming to not touch the floor it wavers in and out of view like a ghost or a spirit.
