Story: Draíocht was born into a large heard of only white deer, he was granted premission to stay till he was old enough to leave by the leader of the herd. The day he turned a year old was pushed out of the herd. He lived on his own for most of his life travling from forest to forest. Every few months he would be joined by a wondering animal but they would leave. During his first winter he was almost caught by humans but lucky got away. Since then he has become wiser, he learned to travel at night, stay away from people, and stick to the forests. He did make one friend around his third yeart alone, a small blue jay named Aria, she stayed with him all of the spring and summer, but often left around fall or winter.
He spent his winters near house stealing food from the garbage cans at night. One night he got his head stuck in blue ribbon as he tried to get it off it got wrapped around his back leg, after a few days of trying to get it off he gave up. He would return the land where is herd was and would watch them but would be chased away when seen. The one day his mother went up to him and questioned him about where he had been and about this ribbon, he explained that he wondered around and about how he went near the humans and got stuck in it, the leader of the herd overheard this and banished him from the land. He would rest in thorn bushes over on the other side of the northern mountain where it was colder, most other animals wouldn't go near them but his thick fur protected him from the sharp throwns and bitter cold.
Draíocht would watch the Doe in spring but his lack antlers and the fact he had ribbon on him kept him away in fear of being made fun of and abasement. His 4th winter he summoned up the courage to go down to herd of Doe and a few other Bucks. He kept quiet around the other deer, he was able to hear them whispering about him. He eventually left and went back into hiding telling himself to never go around other deer again.
To this day he spends his springs and summers with Aria and another deer every once and awhile, and his falls and winters alone often hiding in the mountains where few dared to go.
