Cherrykit nodded, darting out and hurriedly finding a place to squeeze under before darting back. "Found a spot." she hissed quietly to Redkit, huddling back behind the nursery to hide.

"Ok, where?" Redkit asked.

"There's a place where it doesn't quite touch the ground, over there, and I think it's big enough for you." she hissed, pointing with her nose.

Flicker whimpered as they entered camp, scared of being around so many cats at once. Char licked her ear comfortingly, resigned to whatever fate would be passed down by the leader.

"Alright," Redkit nodded, rushing over.

Gingerfrost smiled. "So, what's the matter?"

Cherrykit followed, looking around nervously before following Redkit through.

Char sighed as Flicker sat down. "Flicker's mate... left her, and made it clear she had to leave, and... and we ended up here." said Char, trying to get through the painful part quickly, for Flicker. "She's weak because we've had to travel for most of her pregnancy." His tail wrapped over her back protectively while he watched Gingerfrost, his ears pricked for signs of trouble.

Gingerfrost nodded. "Grab something to eat and you can stay here." She meowed. "I just make sure Willowstra is fine with that."

Redkit looked at the amazing forest. "Wow!"

Cherrykit gasped, awed. "Everything's so big!" she whispered, her eyes wide.

Char nodded, spotting the fresh-kill pile. "I'll be right back." he told Flicker, licking her ear before going to grab a couple mice. Flicker lay down, trembling from exhaustion and fear as she watched the other cats around camp anxiously.

Redkit nodded. "Yeah!" He said running off.

Gingerfrost looked at Flicker. "We won't hurt you," She promised.

Cherrykit grinned, racing after Redkit happily, her paws thumping loudly on the ground as they ran.

Flicker looked at Gingerfrost with slightly widened eyes, nodding a little. Char came back, giving her one of the mice before glancing at Gingerfrost. "She hasn't spoken to any other cat but me since she told me about her mate." he explained. "She's scared of what might happen." Flicker dug into her mouse hungrily, devouring it in a couple bites.

A chunky, cute little ball of fluff race to Flicker. "Ello, cat!" Minnowkit meowed in his australian accent.
