Lakota: I raised my nose and took a deep, slow breath, as Short Rabbit had taught me, so I could get every scent there was to smell in the five mile radar. I picked up a wolf, she actually, not far off. I turned my head towards the smell and howled deeply and quietly, so it could travel far and narrow, to not attract predators.
