I think they use it to shame other people, like, because being a bully is such a frowned upon thing they turn even mildly rude things into bullying and call you a bully if you do it, thus shaming the user somehow???

turns out my crush is going out of the country for three weeks and today was the last day hes here

i literally only started crushing on him this week

darn it feelings you had to pick this guy didnt you. now i have to wait at least three weeks to see him again im going to be so impatient til then. ill have impatience piled on with all this stress wow how great this is

oh and he comes back when i start my holidays so literally the only way we would see each other after that is by organising something since we have like a 2 month break of school
