Crystal was silent as she walked. She kept her eyes forward. Her hand was firmly placed on the handle of her sword. She didn't know what she was going to see or who will be there.

Victor stopped outside the door and put the arrow away, then he pulled out his own sword and opened the door quickly, as he looked in he noticed a bunch of gaurdsman around a table in the back, they were in the middle of a gamble, he sighed and ground his teeth, "freaking idiots" he growled and returned his sword to its sheathe and looked at them, they all had confused looks on their faces as they watched Crystal

"I was riding with a friend," she said, leaving out the part about the picnic and Patch. "And as we came out of a clearing and back onto the trail there was a band of men that attacked us. We had bows and made it out alive, but a few got away." She shuddered somewhat violently at the memory of the men that she had shot. "I-I shot one of them through the neck," she said slowly. "He tried to kill us. They tried to kill us." She sat back in the chair and put her head in her hands. "I don't even know who they were."

She quickly shoved the sword back into her sheathe. She gave the men a smile. Then slowly walked away from the door and out of sight. Crystal looked at Victor with one of her many annoyed looks.
"Gambling, while there needs to be a guard up here." she shook her head disappointed in them.

Victor followed and shook his head "darn idiots.. hang on a second, I'll be back" he went back into the barracks "list you dumb.. grr what ever, just get back to your posts before I have you deranked or removed from duty" one of the men scowled and they all got up and grabbed their weapons and armor. Victor went back out to Crystal "I hate military sometimes.."

Victor nodded "yea, you're right.. none of the guards here really like me, I was Azure's star pupil, he trained my personally" he frowned slightly "I hope he gets back here soon though, I don't know how much longer I can keep them listening"

Tyler watched her with a soft gaze for a second. That was a terrible thing to hear. He didn't quite know how to comfort her, but he had to report it to Azure, the head knight of Elyadon. It was his job to protect the Elyadon royals, but it could never hurt to have both kingdoms watch out for bandits or rebels. One day Avalon and Elyadon would become Eldea, after all. "I'm sorry to hear. I will try to prevent another attack from happening." Tyler remained silent for the rest, knowing he should try to comfort the princess, but for now, all he was thinking of was the safety of the royals. They couldn't afford it to loose another royal. Not from Avalon nor Elyadon. It could cause the war to continue.
