No. This is not usual.

ATM I am feeling bored because nobody sends a trade to me.
Random trades, where are you?
But please, I hope I don't get bad trades after this rant.

How hard are my rules to read? I very clearly say that I only want trade downs.

So why do I get handfuls of trades offering a yellow or green toxic for my two balloon dogs? It's not like I'm relying on you in every way to get a toxic and I'll pay whatever just because it's on my wishlist; I have plenty of pets higher then it on the list that I could use to pay for it and other pets in a trade down, like my rules say I want.

Looked through the pets up for adoption from the pound. There's an August PPS lion. Why did I kill myself to get one? I could have just gotten one from the pound. Grr. I mean I love it, but now I'm freaking jealous. Hoping I get it today to make my collection number two.

I am new on Chicken Smoothie and I think I need some help.
My best friend (blleeheeeh) goes on here, but she has gone on holiday and says she won’t be on here for a while. She said she would help me with my pet groups, but before she left, we had an argument…….
I have tried texting her, calling, but she won’t reply to me…..
So I thought I would be able to get my own pets on here by myself, however I don’t seem to be doing too well, I am still learning on here.
So I am calling out for some help, I know that you don’t know me and I don’t know you, but maybe, we could know each other? Become friends??
I had messaged one of bleeeeeeh's friends saying that we have had an argument and I thought about quitting chicken smoothie. She messaged back with some advice which I was very thankful for.
She then sent through a trade which said:

Because you had an argument with Olivia, I think you need some cheering up, here have these

(and hey, this will help your pet group as well!!)

She then messaged me saying, why don’t I look for other friends on here, or other Chicken Smoothie players who are willing to help.
So this is me asking for help. Do you think you could help me with my pet groups by trading me some pets?
I have not accepted the trade from my friend because if no body helps me, then I don’t want to take her pets, as well as her keeping her pets, I will also quit chicken smoothie….
(I have temporarily cancelled it though, for reasons I don’t want to say……. But she says she will keep hold of them for me, just in case nobody helps me and if I decide to quit.)
I hope that it does not have to come to this but who knows.
Thank you for your help. I hope that we could maybe become friend’s one day 

i looked through their pets. you're right, they must've gotten a lot of free pets by sending out that message to a bunch of people. ._.

Couldn't find a red rose but 1000s of pets.. you don't get over a 1000 pets in less than a month!!
