I thought my day was going perfect, and then my dad has crushed my hopes. I was in tears for 10 minutes. Although, I wrote him a letter. I wonder if it will help.

Well, lets just say im getting close to treatment again. Im losing it and my eating disorder is taking over.

I don't know what happened, but it can't be that bad.
