-flails- OMG I FINALLY FINISHED IT! -pants-

Anyways, this is some art for the Earth Day Jewel Mane Dragon, and let me just say;
I love how it turned out! I now have a style of shading that's easy, and efficient. Not to mention I now have an easy way to make clouds.

I might go back and fix the jewels later, but I think it's perfect just the way it is. <3 Comments and critique always accepted!

Timer is mostly correct, you can take about,.....two minutes off. I was on Chatzy and listening to Youtube. ouo
