Tyler looked at her and remained silent for a moment. "Then tell them now. For the Aiden in your heart. He will listen to you. He will be proud of you. You shouldn't forget Aiden will always be in your heart." he replied softly, gazing around the hallway for a moment to see if he wasn't needed anywhere. He was the Head Knight of Avalon after all. It had already been bad enough he hadn't been at the dininghall to protect the royals. He soon moved his attention back to Arabella. "Your brother will always be there for you."

Patch felt his anger flare "Your too Smart!" Patch yelled. He thrust himself forward, and kick the knight in the head will all hhis strenght. Then ran off with the bracelt. That guy almost figured out, about Arabella.

Arabella smiled at him and looked out the window. "Aiden, do you hear me?" she said, swallowing hard. "I never told you what I really seen in the window, I'm going to tell you now." She paused a tear slipped down her cheek, and she reached up to wipe it away before continuing. "Aiden, I see the dining hall back home," she began. "And we're all together again, and happy. Everywhere, everyone's happy and I can ride out in the village and Father won't be afraid. I see Serena happy, and she's got Kaleb beside her. And Tristan's smiling again, Aiden. Smiling." She paused as more tears fell. "And I-," she tried to continue. "I'm happy, and there's someone beside me. But I can't see his face. And everywhere, the sun is shining, and everyone's happy and no one fights anymore. Do you see it, Aiden?" She looked up at Tyler, and tried to smile. "I'm sorry you had to watch that spectacle," she apologized.

She listen at what he had said.
"Ah.. the art of distraction." she smiled "Very handy indeed, not?"
She kept her gaze onto him and no where around her wondering what his response will be.

Victor nodded slightly "yes, very helpful indeed" he smiled and tilt his head "but m'lady, what are your talents?"

Her eyes glanced down to the ground.
"Sir, I am not talented." she sighed. "I can't not do the things ladies do today and surely I can not scale a wall as you can."
A smile went at the corners of her mouth.

Remmington :: Eldest Prince :: Avalon

Remmington simply stared at his younger brother, unable to decide how he should react to this situation. Something had to be done, as he was the eldest, and it wasn't exactly a good 'look' for Avalon with a plain maid sitting at their table. He cast a glance over at the Elyadon side of the table, looking at the empty seat where Prince Aiden would have sat. Remmington thought for a moment, drumming his fingers lightly on the table. His mother had already left, which was not a good sign. The only thing keeping himself and his father from leaving was the fact that they must be gracious and courteous to their guests. Deciding that he had best do something soon, Remmington stood, facing his brother, "Alexander, Prince Alexander, why is it that you bring this lady to our table? This is a dinner meant for royalty on the sole purpose of business and grieving, and at any other time, I would welc
ome her." Remmington gestured out with his hand towards the guests, making a sweeping motion, "As long as no commotion is caused, she may stay, but if anything goes wrong..." Unsure of what to say next, Remmington let the 'or else' hang in the air, and hoped his brother had gotten the message. He received a nod of approval from his father, who looked very upset and bothered.

"My name is Feyhladren Smith, but you may call me Fey if it's too much of a mouthful." He told Maria, smiling gently. Sensing her unease, he picked up the pace a bit. They were almost to the kitchens, and he could smell the delicious scents of scones and tarts and freshly ba
ked bread wafting down the halls. Fey's stomach growled quietly, causing him some discomfort. If he we're
e by himself, he would have ran to the kitchen and ate everything in sight. But the company of a lady dema
nded politeness, nothing of which Fey was short of.

"It's a pleasure to meet you Sir Feyhladren." She said with a graceful smile. It p
robably wouldn't be polite for her to use his nickname. When they reached the kitchen she blushed a little since a few staff members cast her uncertain glances. She gently slipped her arm away and folded her thin hands in front of her. "Is there anything I can get for you?" she asks. It is her job after all to attend to the castle inhabintants.

Tyler smiled sadly at her, just listening to her as she spoke to her brother. He shook his head in reply to her. "No need for apologies, Princess." He remained silent for a moment longer. "Did you have had the chance to eat yet at the meeting? Or shall I get a plate of food for you out of the kitchen?" he asked as he looked at her. He wanted to make sure the princess would be alright. He saw it as his job, even when the royal was from Elyadon.

"No I didn't eat," she replied looking down at her stomach which replied with a growl of it's own. "But instead of bringing me food, why don't I just come with you? I-I don't really want to be left alone." She looked up and down the hallway, fearful that Tristan or Serena would show up and make her go to bed, a place she really didn't want to be right now. If I'm alone, I'll only make myself feel worse, she thought darkly.

Tyler stood up and gave a small nod. "Whatever you wish, Princess." he replied. "I'm yours to command, as long as none of the Avalon royals needs me." He patted off his clothes and fixed his dark blue cape. He waited for Arabella to get up before he started to walk down the hallway, towards the kitchen. "So, what do you like to do in your spare time?" he asked her, trying to make a conversation with her and to brighten the mood.

Arabella stood and began to follow him down the hallway. "I ride," she replied. "I hunt, I shoot, talk with Crystal. Sometimes I read or draw. When I'm alone I like to sing. That's about it. I don't lead a very interesting life." She looked back up at him, thinking, I must sound incredibly dull to him. "Lately, all my time has been devoted to arguing with Tristan or Serena, or just plain worrying," she said sadly. "The last time I rode by myself before today was weeks ago. And today it was just riding home from Avalon. That's no big stretch, especially seeing as I had a guard with me."

[I've been wondering this for a while but forgot to ask xD. Everybody says Serena is going to be Queen one day, but Kaleb isn't the first heir to the throne of Avalon, it is Remmington. So I am really confused... Since the plot says Elyadon and Avalon will become Eldea after the marriage, so doesn't that make Remmington the king of Eldea and Serena the Queen while Kaleb is still prince? -Not that we are coming to this point in the roleplay, but I just wonder xD]

{ sorry about my disappearance, seems I've missed quite a bit. I've read through all the recent posts and noticed that a few of them are shorter than the required length. As Deer pointed out earlier, please post at least 3 or 4 quality sentences. Thank you.

Now onto your question - Serena will not necessarily be queen since Remmington is first in line to the throne. But yes, the plot does state that after the marriages, the two couples will rule as one. That contract has been modified, since Aiden has died and Kaleb has announced his love for Serena. Remmington may have to wed another princess, and perhaps those two couples will be the ones who will rule together. We'll have to work this out in the future, perhaps closer to Serena and Kaleb's wedding.
