``I'm three moons old.`` Smallkit said while frowning.

Snowkit came up to Smallkit and sat down.

"Not yet then. Tell me when you're six moons and I'll give you a mentor." said Rainstar kindly.

Snowkit saw the medicine cat den and padded towards it.

SaltPaw stood up and mewed, " I'm going to ask RainStar if we can train more. " He padded toward RainStar and asked, " Can we practice more? "

``But I want to be one now.``Smallkit whined.

"Ask one of the free apprentices to teach you something, then." suggested Rainstar to Smallkit before turning his gaze to his apprentice. "Yes, Saltpaw, I was planning on taking you out for a bit of battle training." He began to lead the way out of camp.
