You walk past the lake.The sun is so very hot, and the water itself seems to be backoning you toward it.You step toward it cautiously.This is not a clan territory you wish to be caught in.You think for a second, if someone were to catch you, you would hve to either climb the rock walls around you, or swim for it.You sigh.It's just too hot not to go over there.As you dip your head to drink, a reflection appears in the water beside you....Or, I daresay, two reflections, and very odd at that.The she-cat wears a warm grin, and the tom a cold glare.The she-cat says, "You have been found in Scorchclan territory,"The tom finishees her scentence with, "Join, or get our."You nodd and follow them.

It is always so dreadfully hot in Scorchclan, and the cats of this fiery clan seem to others as though they could walk through fire.These cats are very cool under pressure, and some are stubborn as a cat can be.
Will you live in the forest?Or will you choose a path of treachery?

Warrior Code

1. Defend your Clan, even with your life. You may have friendships with cats from other Clans, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan.

2. Do not hunt or trespass on another Clan's territory.

3. Elders, Queens, and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors. Unless they have permission, apprentices may not eat until they have hunted to feed the elders.

4. Prey is killed only to be eaten. Give thanks to StarClan for its life.

5. A kit must be at least six moons old to become an apprentice.

6. Newly appointed warriors will keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their warrior name.

7. A cat cannot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice.

8. The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies or retires.

9. After the death or retirement of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen before moonhigh.

10. A Gathering of all four Clans is held at the full moon during a truce that lasts for the night. There shall be no fighting among Clans at this time.

11. Boundaries must be checked and marked daily. Challenge all trespassing cats.

12. No warrior can neglect a kit in pain or danger, even if the kit is from a different Clan.

13. The word of the Clan leader is law.

14. An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win his/her battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or it is necessary for self-defense.

15. A warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet.

"Well, what is in a name that makes us so special?I am hard to bend, harder to break, and harder still to love, though some cats find it in them.When I was an apprentice, I always thought my warrior name would be something like Riverbend, or Otterbend.But I guess my leader saw something else in me, because I am now humbly called Bendhard."

Bendhard had a white coat, with large ginger and black patches, unusually centered around her head and back.There are some on her tail as well.She has a short coat, so unless you are blind, you know that she is the size of an apprentice who is 3/4 of the way through mentorship.He eyes are blue, and seem to hol the entire glassy ocen.More often than not, she wears a sly smile or warm grin.
Personality
Bendhard is a shyish cat with a rare smaile and her head in the coluds.She canbe rowdy, loud, and energetic when she's with her friends.She likes to hang out with Breakeasy, who she has taken in as an older sibling.She is hard to anger, giving her the name Bendhard.She is a very stick-to-it-ive cat, with a bright mind and a bigger. Heart.You never want to say, "Try me," to Bendhard, because she rides 'em fast, cowboy.
