Makes me think of Smarties, actually. The UK M&Ms. They do sell them in the US, from specialty stores and sometimes if the grocery store has an extended "International" section. The colors match up as well.

I find those things delicious, but I included the Wikipedia link because those of us from the USA know those as Smarties. (In Canada, they're Rockets.)
Europe knows those little candy-coated chocolates as "Smarties." I actually like them better than M&Ms. They taste like chocolate, not sugar.
