Both trades with the blue ice rat would be unfair to them, the third one would be better than the first. Although, it depends on if you're a rat person or not. I, personally, wouldn't trade a dog for a rat because the rat will be a pain to trade off. So that's just personal preference. The C$ trade is unfair to the blue rose, the blue rose is worth 260-280C$.
