(I just got the purple tox and Sept cat and trying to get/find the CE Galexy)

Unfair to Purple Toxic. Purple Toxic is one tier above CEG; according to the tier value draft posted by Hekomi (please not this is a draft and not the definite value. Still, it's a good estimate) a Purple Tox. = CEG + Balloon Dog

i offer more then purple tox for CEG so im guessuing purple tox has low demand x3 and sorry i missed it Dx

That's very close to fair. I'd say maybe add one more low Advent, but do get a 2nd opinion ;3
I just know that to get from a Skele PPS to a Pink Balloon you need roughly 2 Red Roses + Scarf PPS
The White Dragon and Flop-eared Pink Sept are one and two tiers above the Red Rose respectively, and the Scarf PPS is four tiers below the Red Rose. But the tier skips higher up the list should be worth more. That's my math; it's either fair or missing very little :D
