Charlie smiles and hugs him tighter. "i kind of like the devil may care look myself."

"I rarely go by the devil anymore...." Damon said with a smirk as he rested his head on Charlies shoulder.

Charlie laughs, "yeah, I kind of have him for a father. By no fault of my own."

Charlie bit his lips. "He seems to take many forms all at the same time.." he said softly recalling his own father. Now finally picking up on what the boy meant.

Charlie smiles softly, "You know, now that I think about it . . . I don't know if I should stay. My dad's probably looking for me."
