Hi there ^^ I'm really unsure about the demand for the pets on both sides, it involves unicorns. The person says they're overpaying, but I'd really appreciate some educated opinions <33 ^^ Also I don't really want the CS, so if I took that away how fair would that make the trade? Thanks in advance!

Unfair to the bottom because unicorns are in very high demand. I've seen people paying more for them.

Blue rose for blue ice rat?
I'd think it would be fair since the blue rose has more demand but the rat is higher?

The list already factors in demand. Still, if I were the rat person, I'd personally trade even though it would be unfair to me.
