Zoe blinked ", but. Why do you wear it? It must get irritating after such a long time. Even though its probably frozen to your face." She said softly. Smiling.

Turkey smiled "wouldn't you like to know." He said back softly. He brushed the hair out of her face.

Basic Description: Japan has blue black hair and dark emotionless eyes. He is kind of short and is very formal. He prefers to wear kimonos or his military uniform. He is first seen with his military uniform. It is white and has gold trim and buttons. On his shoulders and collar he has black outlined with gold.
Personality: The freezing process came as a surprise to Japan. He doesn't usually like the change his ways. His personality is the same but he's even more shy and afraid to spread his opinion. Japan is also extremely polite and formal.
Acceptable Pairings: America x Japan and Greece x Japan. Maybe even Canada x Japan :3(These are the ones I prefer but please feel free to suggest some.)
Anything Else: Sometimes it is hard for me to get on roleplays often because I do have to deal with school and I may be too busy. Tomatoes~
