He smirked and teasingly scoffed at Whirlpaw. "I highly doubt that!" Cyanpaw teased back before casting a curious look at Adderpaw. Why was he in such a bad mood? He stayed quiet as Whirlpaw and Adderpaw bantered, not wanting to interrupt the siblings. "Hey, Whirlpaw.." He mewed out as suddenly Adderpaw stalked off angry and Whirlpaw walked off, clearly upset. Cyanpaw barely reached them before she sprinted off again. "Adderpaw, what is going on?!" His ears flattened and he didn't hesitate to sprint after them, coming up to the border next to Adderpaw just as he heard the words, "Yes, Whirlpaw, I'm your father." Cyanpaw's eyes widened and he registered Adderpaw's shock. Oh man, this was gonna be good.

Hickorypaw had heard a cat approach him from behind but didn't realize that it was Nightshade. Hickorypaw was startled and jumped a little, his fur fluffed up. "Whoa, Nightshade you startled me." He said.

Splashpaw looked to Whitesky when he spoke. She purred at his comment. "Now I show you all I know. Would you like a hunting assessment?" She said getting to her paws. All of her previous mentors watched her skills hunting and then practice battling skills.

WhirlPaw gaped at her father. "B-but....That's against the warrior code!" She blurted desperately. Her father sighed and sat, wrapping his tail around his paws. "I am sorry WhirlPaw. Sometimes the truth hurts..." He reached out to rest his tail tip on her shoulder. "I loved your mother very much....I was devastated when she disappeared. I had to watch you two grow up in an enemy clan....Always reluctant to lead my clan into battle against your clan." He sighed. "You remind me so much of your mother....so much." His voice was tight with grief. "Both of you do." He whispered, gazing out at AdderPaw who was frozen with horror. WhirlPaw stared at the ground. "Why did mom leave us then?" She challenged quietly. WaveStar opened his mouth to speak but was interrupted by a quiet and soft voice. "My precious kits, I never did leave you. Ever." The voice whispered and suddenly WhirlPaw was engulfed with a scent she never thought she would come across again. "MOTHER!" She shrieked, burying her nose in her mother's fur. AdderPaw raced over, eyes wide. "M-mom." He whispered, staring at his paws. VioletDaze reached out and touched her pink nose with AdderPaw's in a motherly loving way. "Oh AdderPaw." She whispered, her voice tight with love and pain. "If I had known what you would have to go through...." AdderPaw lifted his head. "It doesn't matter. You're back. You're here." He muttered. WaveStar sat uncomfortably to a side. VioletDaze pushed past her kits and tip toed over to her mate entwining tails with him. "Y-you're ok." Whispered WaveStar, his eyes never leaving hers. VioletDaze nodded, her eyes full of love. "Yes. I-I've decided to go back with my kits." WaveStar nodded. "Welcome back." He whispered, touching noses with her before breaking apart. "I must return to my clan." He whispered. VioletDaze sighed and smiled sadly. "Clan boundaries cannot keep us away forever." She murmured. WaveStar smiled sadly and ran his tail on her back. "In StarClan no boundaries can divide us." He looked over his family with.....pride. Actual pride. He stood up tall. "I do not regret nothing. I could not ask for a better mate nor any better kits...." He hesitated before mewing. "Nor a better family. I am proud of you all no matter what the warrior code states." And with that, WaveStar left. VioletDaze nudged her kits back to StreamClan territory. "Mom are you staying?" WhirlPaw asked worriedly. "Yes WhirlPaw. Now...take me to your leader."

Whitesky took a moment to consider the offer. He was impressed that Splashpaw was practical enough to already know what he would need of her in order to begin training, but perhaps she was just used to it.
"Perfect. Are you ready now?"
It was just a question of courtesy, but Splashpaw was already on her feet and looking eager for action. Whitesky stood as well and moved towards the camp entrance while keeping his eyes on Splashpaw in order to receive her answer, which he suspected would be 'yes'.

Nightshade smirked at Hickorypaw's surprised reaction as he padded to the side to draw closer to Yuritail and into Hickorypaw's field of vision so he would not have to turn his head.
"I think it's best that we get acquainted. Battle techniques are today's activity."
There was something oddly intimate about sparring regardless of how serious it was. The fastest way Nightshade knew of to learn all about someone was to fight them. Of course, observation worked quite well too, but he could afford to have more offensive tactics with Hickorypaw.
The black and white tom flicked an ear at Yuritail as a sort of acknowledgement of her presence, but his business was not with her so he made no move to include her further in his plans. Instead, he turned and padded off towards the camp entrance, gesturing with his tail.
"Come along, then."

He gasped silently. What was going on? All of this was against the warrior code! Cyanpaw ducked behind a tree as they continued to talk. He couldn't believe this. His eyes widened as VioletDaze also appeared, another surprise. When they had all stopped talking he followed the apprentices and VioletDaze back to camp. Once there, he slipped into the apprentice den to contemplate everything he had just overheard. Who would he tell?

Oakpaw watch Whirlpaw storm out of camp, followed by Adderpaw, then Cyanpaw went to investigate. Oakpaw didn't pay attention to them. He didn't know anything about sibling fights, and he was sure it would blow over. Suddenly, Cyanpaw stalked back into camp. He headed straight to the apprentice's den. He looked troubled. "I should ask him what happened," Oakpaw mewed to himself. He ducked into the apprentice's den. "Where's Whirlpaw?" he asked.

Hey the seawolf.! Is it okay if we pretend that Oakpaw and Cyanpaw are best best friends? Like Firestar and Graystripe?))
