The website pinoyanime.tv works on my iTouch so I'm pretty sure it should work on your iPad. But Crunchyroll is better.

I go on CS and do everything on my iPad, or uncommonly, watch anime at school. The problem is I have to watch out for cussing at school, because they can see what you are doing...

The only anime I can currently watch on my slow wifi and iPad is Hetalia, though I still want to see more Death Note, and maybe even start Soul Eater if I can.

Well... Absolutely nothing. It's famous for being about nothing, acctually. The episodes don't even have a main conflict. It's just some girls being girls. It some how hooked me though. Maybie because I could relate to the characters so well? I'm basically Konata.
It also have a very famous intro.
Lucy stars very moe.

Plot Summary: Portrays the lives of several school girls attending a Japanese high school with a very loose humor tone. The main heroine is Konata Izumi, an athletic and intelligent girl who, despite these attributes, is not in a sports club, and her grades remain low. Her laziness at school is due to her love for anime and video games, and she is not interested in much else.
