The UR Cat is in the range between a Blue Balloon and a Green Tox. Couldn't tell you whether the trade is fair though, I'm not very good with C$

Technically, it is, but they're paying the least amount possible (According to the official trade a Red Rose is worth 190-230 C$) and I would honestly say that since the Rose dog has always had a good demand it should be leaning more toward the C$230 quantity. I'm not excellent with C$ though, so get a second opinion ;3.
