Oh! That makes sence. That's a bit like how we think of "The Alamo" except the exact opposite because we lost that battle. I guess it's the whole inspriration thing. But I'm happy, we always miss school for Cinco de Mayo. It's kind of dumb thought that they never bothered to explain what it is.

I don't know why is it celebrated so much in the US, in Mexico we celebrate our independence on September 16th, thats the day of the fireworks and everything.
