hey Merlin what happens if a competitor does not submit an entry? is the stables disqualified or does the stables just not get the points to go toward the winning HARPG?

@Saber: Yes, I will extend it. :)
@Bay: The stable will not be disqualified, they just won't get any points from that competition.
