It looks fair to me, though you might want to double check because I believe your dog had a later rarity change than theirs, in which case it would be slightly unfair to them.

Peppermint bun: C$55
3 '09 Early rares: C$35 - C$40
1 '09 Mid rare: C$30 - C$35
So at their highest values they would still need to add 5 C$, but at lower values for any of them it would be considered fair.)

Unfair to Red Tox. The maximum value of the UR Cat is a Green Tox, and it ranges down to Blue Balloon value.

Actually, to make it fair for the tufted only 3 '09 rares are needed, so I'd say two more.
