You can't. All pets (unless already on a horse) were removed from the game.

Ok.. I know that when you breed a Unicorn you have only a 1 out of 5 chance of producing a Unicorn foal and that you have to cover them at the correct time, but I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong... When I read the description of how to cover a Unicorn it says you have to wait ten hours after its conception to produce a unicorn foal.... as well as you have to wait ten hours between any two conceptions... What does this mean exactly?

What it means is that ten hours after the unicorn was born you can cover it. And teen hours after it has had a goal you can cover it.
