(Thank you! Where in equestria is the orphanage? I edited a little peice of the form to that she is moving to the orphanage from a different one, and I think she is about to get off of the train.)

A small train pulled into the Ponyville train station, slowly coming to a loud halt. Steam whooshed, and the doors opened to a small crowd of about twenty ponies, more than it looked like should fit in the train car.
"Everypony out! Last stop!" The conductor shouted above the muttering of the crowd.

A small, earth colored filly exited the train last, just before the doors were slammed shut behind her. There was nopony with her, and she carried only a saddlebag, not a suitcase like most of the ponies that were clearing out.

"Excuse me?" the tan filly said to the mare at the ticket booth, interrupting what appeared to be a frustrating game of Sudoku.
"Where is the Ponyville orphanage?" her voice sounded hollow of emotion, like she was just going through familiar motions.

"It's just North-East of town," spoke the mare, apparently not very interested. "You'll see it on the edge of White Tail Woods, almost directly below Cloudsdale. Can't miss it."

"Thank you," the filly said, but the slate-blue mare was already back to working on her puzzle.

Dust Bunny started walking in the direction the mare had pointed, trying to hope that things might go well here, in a new town with a fresh start.
