I've been offered a Nontag for my pot earlier this year, and traded it off for toxics/sorbets of non value so I'd say slightly unfair to the pot. I don't really see it being placed lower than non when it goes onto the rares list.

Would adding a September/advent list help make it fair for the UR flower?

I think a mid/high Sept, but one thing to keep in mind with the Flower, is that some people don't want to trade for it until it goes onto the Rares List because they are very cautious. But if you persist you should be able to find a couple of people that are fine to trade it for a Non / Non value. That does not mean it will go onto the Rares List at that value though. If it is slotted underneath the Nons it may only be say an advent or a low Sept gap from the GWJ. If it is slotted above the Nons it may need a high Sept+. So it's really up to you how much you add.

No that is very unfair to you. They are trying to scam you. If they said what wasn't obviously fair that is fair, it is reportable. ^^~
