"You sure, Skips?" Adonis raised one eyebrow, snickering slightly at the flower tucked into the other male's hair. Still, he couldn't wait for the event to start -- he wanted to make sure that Skippy got someone who would care for him for his whole life. Especially so he'd never have to see his friend drunk or depressed ever again: those were memories he would love to simply erase from his mind forever.

{While we're actually roleplaying on the other thread, will we just stop posting on this one and resume after it's over? :3 So we're not spamming up this thread with stuff we just posted on the other one? XD}

Skippy smiled with a shrug. "Girls like flowers, so I decided to put it on my head," he laughed, thinking of how silly that sounded to him. He shrugged, "So I go upstairs wjile you interview them?" He asked. Medve nodded, as Skippy then walked up the stairs to his room.

"Don't worry, we'll come get you as soon as it's done," Adonis shouted up the stairs as he looked at Medve and smiled, deciding he was ready. "The girls should be here any minute." He added, and then waited patiently beside the door for the event to start...

Medve watched as Skippy went up the stairs and sighed softly. "I hope they get here soon, this dress is getting itchy," she said, scratching her legs.

"Yeah, this tux isn't the most comfortable thing," Adonis agreed, pulling at his tie a little to loosen it so it wasn't squeezing around his neck like an obnoxiously affectionate snake. He kept waiting for someone to knock on the door, or for the doorbell to ring, so they could get on with this ASAP.

Adonis was plopped down on the couch a bit lazily after the entire thing was done, his tux unbuttoned, showing the white undershirt beneath, and his tie loosened so much it was a miracle it didn't simply fall off of him. The experience had been tiring, but he was glad he had gotten to be a part of it -- he was quite sure that Skippy had found a girl who would take good care of him, so he wouldn't have to worry so much about his best friend having a broken heart. Now he could focus on something a bit more important to him... like advancing his relationship with Medve.

Medve plopped down next to Adonis, letting out a big sigh. "That. Was. Tiring," Medve said, closing her eyes as she opened them back up to see the time. It was 6:37 pm. "Well, it didn't take as long as I anticipated," she said, with a shrug. "I'm just happy it's over with," she added, stretching her legs and arms.

Adonis smiled as he moved a little closer on the couch and draped an arm around her shoulders, pulling her close to him. It felt good to be able to unwind with her at his side. "Yeah," He agreed with a soft, cute little yawn. "I'm glad we found someone who won't break Skippy's heart again." His eyes were slightly glazed over and softer than normal, hazy with sleep.

Medve nodded, as she looked up at him, to see he was tired. Medve was still awake, but her eyes were kind of tired. She laid her head down on his shoulder, putting her legs up on the couch, closing her eyes for a minute till she opened them again. "Ready to go to your house?" she asked softly.
