I don't know what the gaps are worth between the tiers of pets.. I have the Skull Rat

If were to try going up the list
Skull Rat + ???? = Lime Ice Rat

Or if I were to go down to try for the BMD or Red Rose..
BMD + ???? = Skull Rat

Any help is greatly appreciated.
