I'm not, it was the rarest from litter and from all event pets for the beginning, a lot of people had problem getting it from the box and it was very hard to trade for him too, so I considered him to turn rare instantly

I don't believe that's entirely true. There have been many instances of pets moving down in rarity other than 12/18, for example, the thunderstorm cat from November was uncommon when its rarity came out, went down to common for about a month, and is now uncommon again. (and that can't have been because of rereleases because 2012 pets don't get rereleased.)

I'm not positive about that particular bwolf, though. I can't remember what rarity it used to be, but if it went down, it will probably go up again soon.

Nope, it was always a common ^^ I have their rarity sorted, and I kinda have to disagree with the 18th December thing, that's not entirely true c: Some pets do go down in rarity in the middle of months.
