I'm going into town on Friday too get my mum a present for her birthday. It's a really pretty copy of a game of thrones. She saw it in water stones and loved it. Once I've got that I'll be broke from buying too any books!!

You guys just reminded me that I needed to renew my library books, thanks!
I'm actually very lucky when it comes to my library. The local one is always very good and i always find books that I want to read. Its also a very nice library-clean and sophisticated and modern. Plus its part of much bigger library system, so I can request books from other branches and they generally bring them in within a week or so. AND there's an ebook catalogue that you can use right from home, too, along with a very good website for managing your account and looking at books and stuff.
Personally, I generally am pretty decent with my library fees. The library sends me an automatic email three days before they are due, so I usually renew them online when I get the email. And even if they are a day or two overdue, it's only ten cents per boo per day. ($1 is insane!)

I'm so glad our library is awesome. I go there so often, and I can never leave without books.

Something awful just happened! Our community used to have a book store in a little strip mall near my school, but it just went out of business! You know what replaced it? A wine store!!!! I'm so mad...

In where I live most public libraries have chinese or books of other languages, so the only library I use is the one in our school xD
It has really nice computers, chairs, tables, etc., the only problem is that all the little kids play games all the time D:
