When will the Ur cat and Ur dog kick in to the list?

Usually once the demand has died down (which it has) So it can be accurately determined in the list placings.

I'd say fairly soon that they'd be put on the list

Actually, they probably wont' be placed until summer/fall. It's still a bit soon for them.

Nothing's moving anywhere.

Maybe when the 2012 URs are placed the UR Fruits may be shifted about but apart from them I don't think any pets were changed substantially enough by the last rerelease to warrant a shift. The sorbet section may be tweaked a little but that's all.

What about the store pets? Shouldn't they move because of the rerelease?
Especially the purple sleipnir. If you want to reflect the market with this list, the sleipnir needs to be moved up^^

The Purple sleipnir is not a store pet, it could be brought with candy. So it will be re-released.

Are the Clockwork Bun and the Marionette Dog the only ones on the bottom tier of the Advent List? Because I think I may have heard some people saying that their pets are also on the bottom tier.

Look on the first page, under the Advent List. That last grouping under the list? All of those pets are on the bottom tier. So there are way more than just those two. (Can't quote properly from my phone, so directions will have to do.)
