Why do you want this pet? First of all, because my main goal on CS is to collect one of every pet, and this would be a huuuuuge step forward for me. I'm not planning on ever trading the pickle off, as I never, EVER, trade away a pet I only have one of, I'm just saying that achieving even one more List pet, whether it be Advent or Main List, is a gigantic milestone for me. And secondly, pickles are my favorite food. Ever. Pickles have always been my favorite. My mom tells me I used to have a pickle every day when I was little. I don't eat so many of them now, as recipes have changed and they taste a little different, so finding a brand I like whenever the old one changes is a bit trying. Plus, they have a very high salt content. c; Anyway, I used to dribble the juices all over myself, and I still tend to drip the juices down my fingers and hand when I eat them. Pickles are just so amazing. Check out my picklebun hoard! 8D Personally, I don't know why they're so grumpy. Pickles make me smile, not frown!
Will you trade it? Nope. I never trade away a pet I only have one of, no matter how much I'm offered, as that sets me back in my goal.
On a scale of 1-10, how much do you want it? I dunno, 8? I can't say 10, no matter how much I love pickles, as I'm not really the excitable type. I just don't get worked up about most things. A few things here and there, but for the most part, I don't get excited. There's plenty of things in real life, rather than on the internet, that I can find excitement in, anyway. c: Like real pickle jars. Mmmmm, yeah....
Will you name it/dress it up? Explain. I'd probably name him something obvious, like "Pickle!" because I love pickles and that's the way I'd want him to be. As for dressing him up, probably something silly, like my PPS cocoon:

Yeah, I don't know. That's just how he ended up. Can't you just see him saying something spiffy? Like "I say, old chap, this cake looks delicious!" or "Ah, yes, what would an enjoyable birthday be without blowing out the candles on my birthday cake? Make a wish! *blows out candles, mustache fluttering in the breeze*" Anyway, I'd probably give Pickle a garden-type scene; perhaps in a pumpkin patch (I can't think of any other vegetable items on CS....), and all the pumpkins are wondering what the frustrated and wrinkly cucumber is doing there. Maybe he's grumpy 'cause he's been pickled and thus is no longer a "fresh vegetable?" Dunno. Just sounds good to me. If I could, I'd make him the star of the picnic!
How many Main List/September List/Advent List pets do you own? What, do I really have to count? :c Rnnn... 1 Above-Gap Main, 1 Below-Gap Main, 13 Septembers, and 41 Advents (if I got that right). Of those, 10 I adopted myself (a few of them re-releases), 3 or 4 were gifts, 1 or 2 were won in contests, and all the rest were either paid for with C$ or with fodder I bought with C$, lots and lots of C$.
Anything else? Nope, just thanks for this wonderful chance. c: Probably won't win just 'cause I'm such an old user, but *shrug* won't find out if I don't try. And like I would miss out on the chance to try for a pickle, of all things.

As for the dressing up, probably not. I didn't see anything that it would fit (could be i just didn't see it yet, but still), i would leave it be natural.
