Rootclaw followed silently behind, letting the kit think as they traveled back. He only dare disturb her when she was going the wrong way, and he needed to point her back on track. Rootclaw noticed how she slumped past the nursery, not even looking back. He picked up a mouse from the fresh-kill pile, following the kit. Once he reached the entrance to the nursery, he looked inside to see Russetleap, and nodded slowly in order to let her know that she was back. Once he had done so, and he was sure that she had realized, he continued forward, dropping the mouse at Spottedkit's paws, and sat next to her. "You haven't had much fresh-kill yet, have you?" He asked gently, as if nothing had happened, "You should have some whilst your parents aren't around..." Truth be told, Rootclaw knew that she shouldn't be having fresh-kill until she was at least another moon or two older, but her guessed, if she thought she was ready to storm out of camp, she might as well eat like a warrior.

Rootclaw purred, rolling onto his back, his large paws flailing in the air as a goofy grin returned. "I'm not Russetleap!" He replied, his voice raising in what seemed like mock victory. "So go ahead." He added, lowering his voice so that he was sure his sister didn't hear. He knew full well, that if she caught them, he'd be in more trouble than the kit...

(He can believe he is and nobody has heart to tell)
Cinderkit frowned and sniffed them.
"They look like baby mouses.." he said and studied the kits.
They where so small and didn't look like cats at all.
Love is bittersweet
Something amazing thats simple, but complicated
But I worry continuously over confusing things
What is it? It feels like a loss
You, whos sincere and eccentric
While I pretend to be tough and practicing full-body swings
Being honest is too stimulating and makes me dizzy
I get hurt, I hurt you, its a naive preparation

{ Ok! ^.^ }
Rootclaw purred as he watched the young kit take a timid bite of the mouse. "Most kits usually get excited..." He prompted, amusement shining in his eyes as if he was expecting her to jump up and down with delight. "But I guess... you're not like most kits.." He teased, gently nudging her with a paw.
Russetleap's heart leaped. The constant nagging pain in her chest prevented her from completely forgetting about Spottedkit, but she had to admit, she wasn't the first thing on her mind at the moment. She closed her eyes, and took a deep breath, sighing with relief at the sight of Rootclaw's sign that she had returned. Quickly she switched her attention back to Cinderkit, she smiled. "They do!" She agreed warmly, purring softly. "You see that black and white kit?" She whispered softly, pointing with her muzzle. "That's your brother, Wrenkit." And then she pointed to a small tabby silver she-kit. "And that's your sister, Cloudkit."

Cinderkit smiled and walked up to them and licked their heads carefully. "Hello, when you get older I will teach you to do stuff like real warriors do and the thing big brothers do" he whsipered at them.
(Would it be fun with a care-lesd she cat just living in the territory and not leaving even with a warning.. or two?)
