Since the horses have to go together and are presented as a single group, if they're accepted they'll be counted as one 'character', so they would only take up one character slot overall. :3 For example, a person could apply for the horse family and another character in the same round, and the family would only fill one character slot in the person's total adoptions.

You can change the form around and add stuff in as you like so long as it doesn't go significantly over the word limit. Just be sure to leave the word 'adopt' at the head of the form, since that's what I use as a keyword to find forms. ^^

The green flying squirrel Alvar? He unfortunately was deemed too much of a sparklesquirrel, but you could probably contact LeeLi and ask her about a private adoption for him if you're really interested in getting him. :3 The same goes for any design that doesn't get accepted here - while some people might prefer to take them to a different adoption centre so they get more applications to choose from, I'm sure many would be happy to do a private adoption to a good home, so the character might still be available to adopt even though it's not at TaN. ^^
