This isn't for me exactly. My best friend is having a really bad time lately, and she's changed her tumblr URL to "I walk in darkness" (I think it's that anyway, my Spanish is limited but she is fluent). I'd like to change mine to "You're not alone" or "I'm with you" or something like that, as a sign of support. Can any fluent Spanish speakers translate those phrases for me? It would mean a lot to both of us, I'm sure.

I don't know Spanish, but I do know Italian. I wish I could help though. *Hugs your best friend even though she's not on CS*

I know a few people who were running in the Boston Marathon and I don't know if they're alright, and I don't have their numbers. Hugs would be awesome.

Me and my sister and mom are all really upset.
Alot of my friends died or where severely injured in a bombing.
I know it's horrid to be online, But none of my friends are calling me back and I need comfort.
I'm logging off for a few days soon... But I could use some comfort.

I found this post on tumblr titled "hi i live in boston and here’s what’s been reported on so far" (the URL linked is NOT the original poster but my own friend in Scotland who's just reblogged it).

Here is the post.

Only two people have been confirmed dead and 22 have been injured, according to the poster. Right now they seem more concerned about shutting down the area.

Hope it gives all of you a bit more peace of mind.

I heard about that bombing, or at least, I think it's the same one... That's terrible and I'm so sorry for you. *bear hugs* I heard that not too many people died, and were just injured. If you want to get your mind off of it, talk to your family about something different, something happy. Listen to some good music. Play with you pet(s) if you have any. Do your best to get your mind off of it. If I were you, I'd pray, just saying. I may not be your religion, and you may be no religion at all. That's just what I'd do. Again, I'm really sorry. I've had a relative die, but I was still little. I'm super sorry. *hugs tightly again*

My dad's friend was in this race, we just found out he was just feet away from one of the explosions. He helped out a girl who's mother unfortunately died in one of the explosions. D: I hope the culprits are found soon and get locked away for a long time and that any other hidden explosives are found quickly.
